By accessing and using the Philippine-Canadian Chamber of Commerce (PCCC) digital services platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on PCCC's digital platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

3. Membership Services

As a member of PCCC, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the member directory responsibly and for legitimate business purposes
• Respect other members' privacy and business information
• Pay membership fees as applicable
• Comply with PCCC's code of conduct and ethical guidelines

4. Trade Mission Participation

Participation in trade missions is subject to additional terms including:

• Completion of required documentation and compliance checks
• Payment of applicable fees and deposits
• Adherence to mission itineraries and professional conduct
• Compliance with international travel and business regulations
• Understanding that PCCC acts as a facilitator, not guarantor of business outcomes

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform for:

• Unlawful purposes or to solicit unlawful activities
• Harassment, abuse, or harm of other users
• Spam, phishing, or unauthorized marketing
• Uploading malicious code or viruses
• Collecting user information without consent
• Impersonating others or providing false information

6. User Content

By uploading content to our platform, you:

• Grant PCCC a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Represent that you own or have permission to use the content
• Agree that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Understand that PCCC may remove content that violates these terms

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the platform, to understand our practices.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on PCCC's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. PCCC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall PCCC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PCCC's platform, even if PCCC or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on PCCC's platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PCCC does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current.

11. Modifications

PCCC may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
