By applying for membership in the Philippine-Canadian Chamber of Commerce (PCCC), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as the PCCC By-Laws and Code of Conduct.
All membership applications are subject to review and approval by PCCC. The application process includes:

Membership fees are annual and non-transferable. PCCC reserves the right to adjust membership fees with 60 days notice to existing members.

Payment Process: Payment is only required after your application is approved. You will receive a secure payment link via email once your application has been reviewed and accepted. Once membership is approved and payment is received, fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Membership is valid for one year from the date of activation and must be renewed annually. Members will receive renewal notices 60 days prior to expiration.

All PCCC branding, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of PCCC. Members may use PCCC logos and branding only:
Unauthorized use of PCCC intellectual property may result in membership termination.
Any disputes arising from membership shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration as outlined in the PCCC By-Laws.
PCCC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued membership after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Ontario.
